Abstract:
El intrusismo profesional es un término que cabe contextualizar dentro del marco legal actual. Muchas veces se habla de intrusismo cuando en realidad y con la ley en la mano, no es adecuado el uso del término. Entonces ¿Cuando se puede hablar de intrusismo? ¿Cómo queda claro que un acto es intrusismo? El artículo presenta el intrusismo en general, si bien se centra y toma un ejemplo, en el trabajo social sanitario.
