Txosten honetan laburbiltzen da “Lana, pribatutasuna eta familia-bizimodua kontziliatzeko estatistika-txostenen produkzioa” izeneko RAND Europa erakundeak buruturiko azterlana. Proiektuak xede du konparatzea gizon eta emakumeek bizimodu pertsonala eta laborala garatzeko dituzten zailtasunak, eta horretarako aztertzen dira haurtzaroko zerbitzuak, lan-merkatuko partaidetza. Kontziliazio-formulak, gurasobakarren etxebizitzetako egoerak, eskola eta enpleguaren arteko trantsizioa, etxebizitzetako diru-sarbideen kontribuzioa eta etxeko lanei bideratutako astia. Txostenaren emaitzen arabera, azkeneko hamarkadetan aurrerabidea gertatu omen da genero-berdintasunean, nahiz eta emakumeak atzetik egon jarduera laboral eta diru-sarreretan; eta ekarpen gehiago egiten diete etxeko lanei, berauek izan arren familietan oinarriko diru-sarrerak egiten dituztenak.
