Esta es una consulta para ayudarnos a preparar una nueva estrategia de la escasez de energía en Inglaterra. Esa estrategia establecerá los planes del Gobierno para lograr el objetivo de la pobreza energética propuesto en el proyecto de ley presentado ante las dos cámaras del Parlamento el 22 de julio de 2014.
