La futura ley contra el racismo en Navarra impulsará la justicia restaurativa y la mediación entre víctima y agresor
El Gobierno foral busca con esta norma, que se pretende aprobar en 2022, fomentar los encuentros entre victimarios y víctimas como método para solucionar conflictos.
