Abstract:
Por término medio, los pacientes mayores utilizan cinco o más medicamentos al día. La consecuencia es un mayor riesgo de reacciones adversas a los medicamentos, interacciones o errores de medicación. Por lo tanto, es importante comprender los retos pacientes, familiares y profesionales sanitarios en relación con el uso concomitante de muchos fármacos.
