Abstract:
El presupuesto del Area de Asuntos Sociales para 1999 responde al objetivo básico de mejorar el bienestar social, potenciando las políticas de solidaridad e igualdad y manteniendo niveles de protección a los colectivos más vulnerables y desfavorecidos. Al mismo tiempo, este presupuesto solidario contribuye a la creación de empleo.
