En este artículo se analizan los cauces de participación de los menores en situación de riesgo o desamparo en el diseño de los servicios sociales en el ámbito de la protección. La investigación pone de manifiesto que, a pesar de aumentar con la edad, su participación continúa siendo insuficiente. Los autores ponen en duda la validez de las nuevas directrices promovidas por el Gobierno Británico a efectos de aumentar dicha participación.
